Do you work on small projects as well as major builds?
Simply, yes. No project is too large or too small.
We have a temporary gap in strategic management. Can you provide an interim solution?
It depends on where the gap is. But if we have the expertise then yes. If not then we probably have an associate who does.
What happens if our circumstances change and we no longer need interim management?
In uncertain times it is hard to plan for every eventuality. We understand that organisations have to be fluid. In the event of a change of circumstances we close the contract and advise on what we think needs to be done next.
Can you comment on our existing ICT or Estates strategy and suggest developments?
Yes. We have many years experience of creating or assisting in developing organisational strategy.
We have an estates team but we think we need to develop their skills. can you help?
Yes. In all areas of the estates function from team building to the use of sophisticated intelligent building systems, environmental management and sustainability, and from interior design to furniture procurement. we will also advise on delapidation and refurbishment strategies.
